Our Purpose

ForWharton exists to help residents better understand what is happening in local government and community life, and why it matters. By documenting public meetings, providing context and analysis, and highlighting people and organizations shaping the town, the site aims to make civic processes more accessible and easier to follow.

The goal is not simply to share information, but to support informed participation. When people understand how decisions are made and what is happening in public, they are better equipped to engage thoughtfully, ask meaningful questions, and take part in the civic life of the community.
